This initiative, integrated into Zencey’s mobile app, enhances digital health services and provides financial security for individuals across the country.

For many Ivorian families, medical emergencies pose a significant financial burden. More than 5% of households in Côte d’Ivoire face catastrophic healthcare costs annually, and across Africa, 14 million low-income families fall into poverty due to out-of-pocket medical expenses.

While government programs like CMU provide essential coverage, private insurance offers additional protection against unexpected health-related expenses.

With every Zencey subscription, users now receive 6, 9, or 12 months of Hospital Cash coverage, seamlessly facilitated through the Zencey app.

Policyholders are entitled to a daily payout of 10,000 FCFA when admitted overnight to any Ministry of Health-registered hospital, whether public or private.

This financial support helps alleviate the stress of medical emergencies, allowing families to focus on their long-term financial well-being.
